Due to recent decisions by the US President to impose widespread tariffs on goods traded internationally, we have received a high number of inquiries about how tariffs might impact the price of our maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
While the tariffs may increase some repair input costs, we will do everything within our power to maintain our low prices. However, spare part prices for repair materials may increase outside of our control.
Just like past times of uncertainty, we have no plans to implement any annual general price increases.
No Tariffs on Services
At this time, it is our understanding that there are no tariffs on services. As a result, there are no tariffs on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul services we provide. Parts delivered to Jet AirWerks on a repair order are not being bought or sold and are only traveling to receive MRO services. Thus, there should be no additional costs from tariffs when your parts clear customs traveling between our facility and yours.
